My VISA experience at Vancouver Apr 2nd

Hi All, Below is my VISA experience at Vancouver on Apr 2nd.

There are two counters open the day I went Counter 4(Lady) and 6(Gent).

Counter 4 lady is asking lot of questions. She is taking lot of time to interview one person.

Luckily I ve been called to counter 6 and below are the questions he asked me:

i)Did you do your masters in US?

ii)Which university?

iii)Whats your major? (I said Electrical engineering)

iv)How long have you've been working for your employer?

v)How long have you'vr been working for your client?

vi)So, You changed your employer while working for the same client?

vii)For how long do you expect your client project to go?

viii)Can I see you LCA,W2's,Paystubs and drivers licensce?

Thats all, He said,Your VISA is approved :)))

I got my passport back by Apr 04th 10 AM.

For people who want to visit places during your stay.

i)Grouse mountain(Skyride,zipline,etc,..)

ii)Lynn valley park(Don't miss suspension bridge)

iii)Harbour centre observatory(360 degrees view of vancouver city)

iv)Victoria Island(I missed this one but heard it will be very good)

Restaurents:

Saravana bhavan

Entertainment:

I heard that there is some bollywood film festival scheduled in vancouver downtown for Apr 06th. Few celebrities like Sharukh,Aiswarya will be present there if you want to see them.

I have a question for you-

What did you answer for this question: "vi)So, You changed your employer while working for the same client?"

I am in the same boat. I changed my employer staying at the same client and vendor.

Your suggestion will ease my tension.
