kchag99 Posted April 5, 2013 Report Posted April 5, 2013 Hi Members, I had Changed my H1 From company A to B.Company B Filed my H1 through Normal Processing and I got an RFE Asking for Client letter in January 2013. I got Client letter and my Employer had answered the Questions that USCIS asked and he replied back on 22nd of March. How much time does it normally take for USICS to respond for the RFC (For Normal process)? Would it take Months or Days? Can you please let me Know.
