sunilthegr8
Hello, My H1 is valid till june, 13 and my total 6 yr are getting over in sep'13. Right now my i-140 is filed with current employer. The question i have is - If i change the employer now, how the h1 extension will happen. Can i use the LCA and 140 from current employer. In case i can not use LCA and 140 from current employer. do my new employer has to take 140 approval to file for extension. I am sick of consulting and looking to join a full time opportunity. Pls advice thanks Link to comment
