But I will be reaching 6-years maximum limit in Oct 2012. Now I got an RFE to produce the evidence of Labor Certification & I-140 petition. I don't any shuch documents. Is to OK to send a new the I-129 petition application with the corrected dates and ignore the requested evidence documents? Please reply. Its very urgent. Link to comment
