H1b, for two individuals (A, B) were applied approved for A it was approved for 1 yr, for B it was for 3 yr period. LCA was same so was salary given at start of H1B ($X, $X). After 1 yr, H1b was extended for A, and new LCA was filed, this time with Salary $Y (Y > X, much greater). I suppose for that particular band salary is now higher, can this be used by B? or B will still fall under older LCA? Thanks.
