suresh.ravala Posted April 3, 2013 Report Share Posted April 3, 2013 Hi, I got the H1B visa in 2011 year and validity is for 1 year. My visa processed in premium quota. Now my visa validity is over and i did n't get the opportunity to travel as of now. I-797 copy with my previous employer and don't have the copy of it. But i want to apply the H1B visa under H1 exempt now. Can you please suggest me whether i can apply under H1 exempt now? Thanks. Regards Suresh Link to comment
