H1b extension based on previous I140

Hi,

I worked for company A for 4.5 years and got I-140 approved in EB3.

Transfered to company B and they got H1b extension for remaining 1.5 years.

Due to contract time period with client, they didn't used my approved I-140 to get 3 years extension.

They renew contract with client every three years.

I have only 8 months left out. Company B is planning to apply for labor.

My question is Can company B again apply for H1 extension for 3 more years based on company A's approved I-140? I know Company A didn't revoke my I 140.
