AryaD
Hi four months ago i have joined a company. My employer didn't assigned any project due to lack of job opportunities. But my employer pays the salary for every month. If i want to transfer my H1B to another employer what are the project details that i need to mention for the past 4 months. If i mention some in house project details or project details of some client name will it cause any issue during H1b transfer. Will USCIS cross verify the previous project details? Link to comment
rahul412
Dude, everything should be genuine when you submit the docs to USCIS. Link to comment
t75
DO NOT LIE. That is beyond foolish to create fake experience or project - it is dishonest and just plan stupid. Link to comment
catx
If your employer paid your salary, as they are required to do by law, and you have proof (e.g. pay stubs), then not being on a project should not be a problem. Falsifying and/or submitting fake information is fraud, and WILL be a problem. Why do people continue to consider and ask if it is okay to be dishonest and lie ,,, Link to comment
