H4 to H1

Hi,

I came to USA on H4 visa on 2010 and my Primary H1b holder transfer company and we got new H4 to till 2011-Dec. I applied my H1b on 2011 April based on my current H4. June-2011 my primary h1b holder transfer company and we all got new H4 again till 2014. On Dec 2011 my H1b got approved and got I-94 till Dec-2012.

Now i applied my H1b extension on Nov-2012 and it got denied last week. Now am i comes under out of status? can i apply my new H1b based on my previous 2014 I-94?

What would be my status? Please suggest me.
