Starting GC, Having few doubts on changing the technology.

I want to start my GC process, at the same time I am looking to change my technology. Below I have some doubts before starting.

Can any one please clear my doubts.

1. I am working in 'X' technolgy past six years, Now I want to change to 'Y' technolgy and want to start for GC process,

will it impact any way to my GC process If I move to 'Y' technology as my past experience certificates shows 'X' technolgy.

2. Once I start my GC where my experience shows 'X' technology and if I change to 'Y' technology after getting I-140, will it impact to my GC.

3. If I start my GC process with 'A' Employer and with 'X' technology experince and before getting my I-140 If I change to 'B' employer with 'Y' technology

and start my GC process again will it lead to any query saying you worked in different techlogy previously.

Please let me know which way is good.

Your employer (not YOU) must look for a USC or LPR willing and qualified for the job. If you are a beginner, it will be easy to find qualified people and PERM will not go forward.
