sruthima Posted March 30, 2013 Report Share Posted March 30, 2013 Hi, I have applied for change of status from h4 to f1 in January 2013 to uscis, but my I 20 got canceled since I have not deferred my i20 within 30 days of start of my semester since I had no knowledge of deferment. I already consulted my college and they said that they would reactivate my i20. After getting it do I have to withdraw my I -539 form and reapply a new one or can I just post the new i20 to uscis. I am attending college very regularly. please help me with this because getting f1 status is very important for me. Link to comment
