vicky112 Posted March 30, 2013 Report Share Posted March 30, 2013 i am eligible for interview waiver. i am a fulltime employee in a small company which has less than 100 employees. i had my last stamping done in india in dec 2011 for the h1b of same company. i am going to india for my cousins wedding and for 2 weeks in june. i may not have time to attend 2 interviews(finger prints and interview). is it safe to choose interview waiver. i have all the documents needed. please advice Link to comment
