Washigton Embassy didn't send me the barcode page copy

Hi Guys.

I just got a letter from the embassy in Washington which also includes a copy of the waiver certificate. However I noted that there is no copy of the third-party barcode page with my copy of that letter. I am worried if they have actually sent the barcode page to the DoS or not, as that would lead to a problem.

Just wanted to check what documents you got in the letter from Washington?

Has such a thing happened with anyone else here?
