sam4451
Upon a service request with USCIS regarding my pending 485 application with PD of 23 jul 2006, I was notified with the following message. Does this mean that my case is pre-adjudicated? I was fingerprinted only once - just after filing for 485 in July 2007. [Currently, there is no visa available under the category that your I-140 Petition for Alien Worker was approved; as such, until there is a visa available, your pending I-485 Application for Adjustment remains on hold.] Link to comment
Alexandre
Looks like your priority date is not current, maybe be your petition is already approved, but no visa available at this time. Link to comment
Attorney_6
It is very likely that pre-adjudication has occured, based upon the date of filing. The message is not really saying anything other than the case has to wait for a visa number to become available. Link to comment
