Anyone been to Admin. Processing in F1 and got into again in H1b?

Hello all,

I had administrative processing done once for my F-1 and got clearance in 13 days but now very worried same nightmare will repeat for H1B stamping. Is there anyone who has been through this process during F1 but did not have to for H1B? Does it change anything if your employer is a renowned international company? I'm now overly scared and worried that I might have to go through this process again.

If I have to, does it usually take shorter time?

If you are not working as a consultant, don't worry about H1b stamping, it would be easy.
