Regarding H1B Amendment

Hi All,

I am on OPT Extension, my OPT going to be expire on FEB 2014, So i am applying for H1B this year.

but unfortunately my project came to end, but am having Prime Vendor Letter saying that "Long Term Project with possible extension"

What my employer telling is, lets file H1B petition on existing prime vendor and file it in normal processing, after getting new job by mid april, we can do AMEMDMENT to existing LCA and H1B petition

What my doubt is, is it possible to modify the submitted H1B petition??? If yes, what is the process?

You need to submit the Amendment whenever you move to the new CLIENT(working place), the process is to submit LCA and then the H1B Amendment with right documentation, good luck.
