Friends-

My H1B 6 years is maxing out soon and will be applying for COS to H4 under my spouse can you please help me with the below based on your experiences?

Can you please let me know what was the reason provided in the cover letter while applying for COS from H1B - H4 to make sure we dont run into any issues later when we convert to H1 once I140 is apporved and we apply for H1 reinstatement?
