Applying for H1 in general quota as Masters is not yet completed.

I am applying H1 this April in general quota as my Masters is not yet completed and it wil completed in Septmeber 2013.

-> How good are chances of approval, I am working in fortune 10 Company through Indian MNC in CPT. I submitted client letter from Indian MNC.

->I am not using my OPT which I would get in September, because I like to get my wife from India on H4. ( not trying f2 as F1 rejected twice ). Should I apply H4 along with H1 or should I wait till my H1 is approved. I got this doubt because my employer who is filing for my H1 is not asking related to my marriage.

Could someone please help me in this regard or let me know anyone is in the same situation. Thank you in advance.

If your wife is in India, first time H4 is not approved by USCIS along with H1, you can directly apply at the consulate after H1 is approved.

CPT is not a FULL TIME JOB. CPT should be a part of your F1 program.

You got CPT using your F1 visa. Now changing to H1 without finishing the degree. Don't you see here that you are abusing the F1 visa rules?
