chinmaykarthik
Hi Friends! I want to start off thanking Murthy forums for proving such a wonderful platform and all the active participants who discuss immigration issues. I guess its my time to payback now. I sincerely request others also to update their experience so that it will help others. My appointment was on 25th march and reached Vancouver on 23rd evening. Stayed in Day's Inn hotel which was 2 minutes walk from the US consulate. I shared the room with 3 other wonderful people whom I met through Murthy forum. I was helpful as we exchanged our experiences and also save some money! I was on counter 4, Lady officer. After Initial greetings I gave her my passport and I-797. 1) Since when are you working for the petitioner? Ans: Told the duration. 2) What is your position here? Your Visa has been approved. there were about 12-14 people and all of their visa was approved except one person who got 221g for the RFE documents which were submitted while he applied for H1 petition/transfers. If you guys feel thirsty carry 2$ with you so that you can buy water bottle on 1st inside the consulate. Good Luck to all!! Link to comment

HI, Congraz mate for your h1b Stamping. I would like to know about the person who got RFE. Because I got RFE when I transferred my h1b and I am going for stamping. I got RFE because they needed latest Pay stub. Which I submitted. Could you please let me know what should I carry for my stamping related to RFE? Thanks & best Regards, Sid Link to comment
