My port of entry I-94(H4 one) and new I-94 value should be same?. If one number wrong in I-797A will it be any problem?. Recently i applied for SSN and waiting for it. Is there any issues to get SSN? I got another good job and planning to change after getting few paystubs, will it causing(one letter wrong in I-94 in I-797A) any problem for H1b transfer?. Please advice. Link to comment

wiweq Posted March 28, 2013 Report Share Posted March 28, 2013 You employer will call to USCIS, they will fix the I94 and send new I797. You can't go very far with wrong document in USA. Link to comment
