Period of Stay in US Nov/04/2006 - Oct/27/2007 - 1 Year L1B Approved Feb 2009 and was valid until Feb 2012 Converted L1B - L1A in Feb 2012 Period of Stay in US Mar 2009 - Till Date Now I am looking to apply for H1B in April 2013 quota. I would like to know, if I need to apply under the 2013 cap or Can I simply transfer my L1A to H1B on a different company and apply for extension based on my previous H1B petition? Expecting your valuable inputs.

To determine which option is the most advantageous give personal circumstances, it is advisable to seek the counsel of a qualified immigration attorney.
