I am still on H1B (though have an approved EAD/AP) and the other company HR sent me an email that I would be receiving a $1500 referral fee. I wanted to know if I can accept it without jeopardizing my ever pending GC process and subsequently citizenship. Your help would be highly appreciated. Thank you! Link to comment
