jamess_jack
I lost my job from CompanyA in February and I have paychecks for that companyA until Fab-28. Now I got job in company B. They file H1B transfer in normal processing. they received receipt of H-1 filing from Mar-1. I am not enjoying the job and planning to change to company-C. The company-C lawyer says it will be ok to file H1b transfer in normal processing. I can join company-C after I receive H1-b transfer receipt. I am little worried about the H1-b transfer process with company-C. I believe if we file H1-b transfer in premium processing it will be good. My question is does normal vs premium processing will make difference ? can I start job at Comapany-C on receiving h1 filing receipt ? will this create any problems? Link to comment
wiweq
Normal or PP doesn't vary the decision. Once you get receipt you should be able to start working with C. Link to comment
Tarun Koti
I had a question for you. If I am trying to transfer my H1 from company A to company B. And for some reason the transfer is rejected by USCIS, can I still continue to work for Company A? i hope this situation does not impact my original H1 visa. Let me know what you think.
