H1 B Extension & Transfer after I-140 approved

Dear Sir,

I am completing 6 years by 24th Apr'13 with same company and I-140 got approved in 2010 and extension has been applied for the 7th year with the same company.

Now my question is.....

1. If i change the company now will the H1B transfer done for 7th year or will i get extension until 24th Apr'13.

2. What if my new company doesn't file PERM within next 30-60 days and i also have I-140 approval notice received from FOIA.?

3. I desparately would like to change the company at this time as i need to stay in the same state.

Please let me know the various options available for me to transfer to new company and get 7th year extension without any hassle.
