H1B 221g CEAC.state.gov status issued

Hello Floks,

I received a 221g from on Feb 11 to submit spouse H1B I 797 document. I submitted the requested document(I797 along with 221g letter but No Passport) at Chennai OFC office on 1 March 2013. After a week time I checked the status at ceac.state.gov website and it shows status as ISSUED. But till now I didnt get any email, text message/phone call or postal mail to submit the passport.

I contacted the Chennai consulate support line they asked to me wait. I wrote an email to support-india at ustraveldocs.com on March 18 till now no response. Is anyone in the same situtation? What is the other best method to contact embassy to submit the passport? How long typically embassy takes to contact the applicant after status as be issued/approved.
