USCIS approves paperwork; they don't interview applicants prior to approving a COS or AOS...(you didn't know that either)... And how does interview and checking information relates ? CIS will have the same information (from DOL, CIS etc.) which VO has . Or are you arguing VO has more info than what CIS has . Again, while VO will interview, he has the EXACT same PERM info which CIS has access to , nothing additional. Link to comment

Good for you. Anyone with rudimentary knowledge of US immigration process knows this. However, learn this from me -- CIS sometimes interviews applicants during AOS . Anyway, long story short, a PERM is NOT an individuals application and DOES NOT establish immigrant intent. Link to comment
