JoeF Posted March 22, 2013 Report Posted March 22, 2013 USCIS hasn't received anything, because H1 applications can be filed only from April 1 on. The LCAs are filed with DOL, anyway.
ajaysharma Posted March 23, 2013 Report Posted March 23, 2013 Yes, someone I know did an LCA and it was approved in about 6 business days (last week). But as Joe says, it's with DOL and has nothing to do with the H1 cap.
