raj969 Posted March 21, 2013 Report Posted March 21, 2013 Recently,I called USCIS about my OPT extension and they said they will be updating me the OPT status with in 15-30 days.Incase if my OPT is denied or if they send me second RFE then I am planning to register for the second masters in MBA for the summer and my visa is getting expired on Aug 2013.In this case when I registered for second masters I think my OPT extension will be terminated.If it is so can I renew my visa? If yes what are the chances of getting visa renewal?Also can I go for visa stamping in countries like Canada or Mexico for my second masters and what questions I can expect from them?
