I have no other option because no employer is ready to transfer my H1 without paystubs. Please advice on my next steps. I am not on bench. Also, my employer did not provide any documentation (I797, Offer letter, payslips, etc) connecting me directly to him. All I have is a soft copy of my H1-B approval notice.

omshiv Posted March 21, 2013 Report Posted March 21, 2013 how have you been surviving if you didnt get pay since the last 5 months??? what a ruthless employer are they. File a complain with the DOL. Please do this so that these types dont cheat anyone else and get blacklisted.
wiweq Posted March 21, 2013 Report Posted March 21, 2013 Call to ICE (www.ice.gov) and local FBI office too. As JoeF and other suggested first call to DOL, visit their website and file WH4 form. Filing WH4, and registering complains will make sure that you are aware about the H1b laws. Not getting paid has made you out of status.
