sai111
Hi All, I am planning to file my H1 for current year 2013-2014 cap. I have got offers from 2 different companies both located at different locations. My concern is since it is expected that this year there might be good chance of Lottery system , I wanted to know 1) if it's completely legal to file 2 H1's from two different companies ? 2) Would there be rejection of both my applications ? Please guide me on this since i have to make my final call on this. Thanks Link to comment
wiweq
All H1bs of an individual are independent of each other. Multiple H1b filings from different employers is perfectly ok. You need to choose at least one and maintain your H1b status with them. Link to comment

t75
You may have contract problems when you do not report as agreed. You should pick the company you want to work for. Link to comment
