Job change for spouse while AOS pending

I recently filed for AOS along with EAD and AP applications. My wife is a derivative beneficary. Both applications are still pending. She is on her own H-1B but has this offer from another employer who is willing to sponser another H-1B for her to change jobs.

Do we need to amend her AOS application if she changes her job per above?

No. Her eligibility is through marriage to you - so, unless that (i.e. marriage to you) changes, you don't need to do anything.
