For some reason if my opt is denied will that effect my H1 in any case. 1.) At that time can i request for cap gap I20? 2.) what will be my status? 3.) Is it safe to apply in masters quota or in general quota?(moreover my college is not accredited) Link to comment

I have no idea why he gave me RFE but i got RFE for my first opt period which i cleared .But now again i got RFE for opt stem ext.The uscis centers which i have applied first and second are different... (moreover my college is not accredited) You did not receive a Masters, or any other, degree, as a non-accredited college or university cannot issue a degree. (Only accredited universities can issue degrees, which is one of the purposes of accreditation.) Attending a non-accredited college is probably also the reason for the OPT STEM extension RFE, and may well lead to a denial. Link to comment
