EAD, Advance Parole Vs H1B

Hello,

I have my second advance parole extended until Feb 2015. My employer applied for H1b and received approval current expiration date is until March 2017. Rational to apply H1B - My wife and kid are in Chennai, India and if I come to USA on Advance Parole then they cannt come to USA and rejoin me unless until my priority date is current to my date which is Nov 2008. So the H1B was applied. Following are my questions:

- Dos and Don'ts on the H1B Renewal

- or shall I use my Advance parole to come back in to USA

Advice on the same much appreciated and awaited.

You can use AP to come back and your dependents can come back on H4.
