jackjobs Posted March 18, 2013 Report Share Posted March 18, 2013 Hi, I am filing H1B this year in premium processing. My Attorney says on April 1st, he will file the petition as a regular one. After a month or so he will make it a Premium. The reason he says is, if we file as Premium right on day one, then there is a high possibility of the petition getting rejected. After analyzing the rejection rates, he said, he will push my application as premium. Is this the correct way of doing? Some friends of mine are doing premium processing on day one. Which is the correct way of doing it? Please advise. Thank you !!! Link to comment
