adamsingh Posted March 18, 2013 Report Share Posted March 18, 2013 I have my H1 with company A and they have sent me as a contractor to Company C through Company B. Company C now wants to roll me over as their employee and transfer my H1 with them and I am interested in that, how ever they have asked for a release on the non-compete, non-solicitation agreement from Company A. Company A is denying giving me the release. Company B has no issues. What are my options, if I want to roll-over to Company C? Link to comment
