Please contact the NSCS 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information." I have this status when I check my status in USCIS, what does it mean. Please contact the NSCS 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information. This may occur because USCIS system is down. If this is related to H1b, you cannot call to USCIS, only your employer, attorney can. Link to comment
