H1B Extension RFE Denied-6th Year Perm filed one year before

Hi Team,

I need urgent help here about my situation. I have my max out date completion as Aug 2013 for My H1B,where as i have filed my extension with company A couple of months back with some SOW and got an RFE and responded with new sow with different client with in the RFE time.Also my perm has filed June 2012 and received audit and responed 5 months back with the company A. Iam yet to get the denial reason and my company may not reappeal for the same .Iam yet to get the update about my Perm approval.Please tell me the reasons as well as possibilities for my case to stay here also tell me the options to check . Please help me as it is urgent to think the next steps.
