Because client have me a letter that my proj is there for only an year. Now I am applying for h1 transfer by staying with the same client. Now client is ready to give a letter for 3 years. One of my friends says the h1 transfer will be approved only till Oct 2013 and not for 3 years although client is giving letter for 3 years. Is this true that with H1 transfer we will get approval for only one year?? Link to comment
