LCA needed for Physical Therapist H1B?

Hello,

I am a Physical Therapist searching for H1B job. I have two questions.

1. I read somewhere LCA doesn't need to be filed for Physical Therapist H1B because it is "Schedule A" is that true for H1B?

2. If above isn't true, can LCA be filed in March? Does the employer need to wait for LCA approval before submitting H1B petition?
