f1 to h1b(if rejected) --to f1

please help me..i have doubt on below..scenario if my h1b reject

1.am going to apply my h1b in APRIL 1st in coming Quota

2. at the same time ,am planning to apply in some local good schools near my place.

my Doubt : do i eligible for above point

3.my OPT going expire on APRIL 30 2013

my doubt : .In between can i transfer my SEVIS or apply to other schools..

5.I have F1 visa until 2015 but,,my OPT expire on APRIL 2013

suppose my h1b rejected and i joined in school ,shall i use same F1 visa or do i need go stamping

please suggest me...thanks in advance...

I've heard rumors that this year, there might be a lottery as there may be an excess of applications.

I think he's just trying to prepare for worst case scenarios (as I had when I was applying for H-1B). Fortunately for me, the year I was not selected in the lottery, they introduced the OPT Extension program.
