OPT extension rejected/H1 firm credentials and other options

Hi,

I have just been denied my OPT extension and have 60 days to apply for H1. I would like to know about what credentials the company i apply to should have in order to get my H1 application approved.

1) Should it be e-verified?

2) What should be the company’s revenue and employee count?

The company that i am applying to has formed in 2008 and till now hired 2 employees. Currently, it does not have any employee and is being run by the employer. They have never tried for any applicant’s H1 visa. It has a revenue of $160,000 and has done proper tax filing up to 2012.

3) Can i please know what are the parameters that a firm should have in order to successfully apply for a candidates H1 visa filing?

4) My background is MS in Tech. Mgmt with majors in Project Mgmt. And Marketing so does it matter that my job should match the studies done in USA?

5) What are the other options i have?

I would really appreciate a quick reply as i have very less time left to stay in USA.
