Urgent !! Traveling once H1b is approved before Start ??

Hi,

Currently I am on OPT which is valid till November 2013. I have filed my H1b in Premium processing. I need to travel to India once I receive my h1b approval. i.e in May end . I am planning to come back in June first week. I had following questions:

1. Is it safe to travel when your H1b approved but not activated but you still have valid EAD Opt

2. Can I reenter in US on my Opt F1 visa?

3. If enter on my OPT, I will receive new I 94 , what will happen to my H1b as I have filed my H1b on old I

94.DO I have to update my I 94 or re-apply for h1b?

4. Is it true that If I travel before oct i.e before my H1b is activated , I will have to go back and get h1b stamped and then reenter in oct ?

I would really appreciate if you advise me with above question.
