H1B Transfer from Cap Exempt to Cap subject but counted on Cap within 6 years

Hello,

I had my H1B in 2012 with Cap -Subject Company then after 6 months I moved to cap-exempt company (University) without any problem. Now I got another excellent job offer from cap- Subject Company. My question is can I move to cap subject company anytime without filing the new H1B as I am already counted with cap on 2012 with cap –subject company ? How will I know by looking my documents? If my cap subject company files my H1B transfer, what are the risk? If denied, can I still remain and continue my job with my current cap exempt companies please advise me.
