221g to NOIR

Hi,

Need help regarding NOIR. Around same time last year (Feb 2012), I was awarded 221G white slip and today I've recieved a NOIR for the petention. The thing is, it mentions that I my company does not control my work and certain points are like they have imagined like "no product is related to line of business".

The thing is, most of the information provided in NOIR is wrong. Now I have to fight back but my lawyer says there is no chance for it neither he has time for it. I do not understand it, as I have all documentation to support my case, my work experience and work related documents.

Guys, just wanted to know, if anyone has gone through same situation and was able to get their VISA re-affirmed.
