MS to MBA OPT?

I have a query regarding OPT. I earlier stayed in USA on F1 visa

08/01/2005 - Entered USA for M.S.

01/01/07 - 12/30/07 - OPT EAD Card validity (Full time)

06/30/2007 - Left USA

Currently I am doing MBA due to be completed in 05/2014.

1. Can I avail OPT again, because even though I applied for 12 months I only stayed for 6 months?

2. What are my options post MBA to continue to stay and work?

3. I already have a H1B Notice of Approval I-797A (06/2007) that I never used i.e I never entered USA on H1b, would this help to stay?

4. If an employer files H1B petition for me before graduation (05/2014), Would I be able to work under Cap-Gap Extension ?

If you have used OPT, you can only get a new OPT for a higher degree.S

ince you have used OPT for a Masters, you could only get another OPT if you were doing a PhD.

My situation is sorted out as the company that had sponsered my H1b has decided to hire me, and I have been told that previous H1B Notice of Approval I-797A (06/2007) can be used :) And I'll complete MBA on the side. Seems win-win for me!!!
