Issue in H1 Transfer

Hi,

My last working day in my last company was 7th Feb 2013. I joined a new company on 25th Feb 2013.

When My new employer filed my H1B transfer, he got a RFE asking to prove my employemnt from 10th Feb till 25th Feb.

Now my old employeer revoked my H1B petition on 13th Feb only but he has not received the revocation letter from USCIS.

My old employer is not willing to generate a paystub for me.

My Visa Expiration date is 25th March 2013. I do not have much time. Any help would be appriciated.

He should not generate paystubs for time you were not working. That demand is absurd. Your petition if approveable will simply require that you exit and reenter with a new stamping.
