I was in OPT.

I applied for H1 in 2012 April with Bank of America Client in Delaware. So my LCA when i applied has Delaware Address and I-129 has Delaware address.

Later in May I moved to another job with different vendor but end client is same Bank of America but in Texas. So i updated my LCA to Texas in May.

In August i got an RFE on the H1 applied in April. RFE question is Employee - Employer relationship.

My employer answered the RFE providing the documents related to my new job from Texas and my H1 is approved and valid from Nov 2012.While answering the RFE i don't think my employer provided any docs that updates the USCIS abt my new LCA.

Now i am planing to go for H1 stamping in vancouver. My I-129 petition has Delaware Bofa address and my new LCA has Texas Bofa Address. (Bank of America is the client in delaware and in texas)

Now do i need to file H1 Amendment before going to H1 visa stamping..?
