B1 - H1B & B2 - H4 transfer

I came to US couple of times on B1 visa.

I plan to come to US on B1 around August on work purposes, My employer in US is willing to sponsor H1 for me this year.

If I get my H1-b approved, Can I transfer my visa from B1 to H1-B?

My wife has B2 visa, If I plan to bring my wife to US after october, can she come on H4 visa?

do you foresee any problems in her getting H4 visa?

Also, do you foresee any problems in future if I need to get my H1-b stamped when I travel out of the country

I want to make sure that all the visa related process is done legally as per the law.
