LCA update on change of job location

Hi,

I am on H-1B right now and my client location has changed from say A to B.

Per my understanding, my LCA has to be updated to reflect this.

Location B is around 65 miles from A.

Q- Can the new work location 'B' be termed as my 'regularly assigned work location' until the LCA has been updated ? Is there any official link that can give me more details about what a 'regularly assigned work location' means.
