B1 to H1 (Approved) plannning to for stamping in Canada--Please help

Hi Folks,

My case is little complex because I have change my status from b1 to h1b and planning to go for stamping in Canada.

I am tensed, what type questions will VO will ask about change of status. But I was never stayed illegal in USA.

Please let me know, if any one has same case who was successful in stamping.

When did you do B1 to H1 and Is your employer a consultant or US compnay?

I have applied my H1B in 2011 and It got approved in Jan last year. My employer is a US Company(meaning LLC company registered in USA) and they do consulting. Its a small llc company around 20 to 30 IT contractors.
